​Surprise assembly at Bellver International College

Friday afternoon saw a surprise assembly for the whole school to celebrate the retirement of much loved Christine Vears.
Christine has worked at Bellver for almost thirty years and it was both a happy and sad occasion to wish her farewell.
The children sang her songs and the Head Boy and Head Girl from the Primary and Secondary departments related their memories and thanks for the years of service she had given to the school.
At the end of the assembly Christine was presented with a book that had been prepared by the students and a farewell song was sung.
Everyone at the school wishes her a long, happy and healthy retirement.
